caterpillaring

caterpillaring
n.— «What is caterpillaring? First we take the root word, caterpillar. A caterpillar is the elongated wormlike larva of a butterfly or moth. Basically it just moves from leaf to leaf eating and sleeping until such time it is ready to spin itself into a cocoon. Isn’t that such a luxury, eating and sleeping all day. And that’s what we love to do most. Therefore we have the term Caterpillaring.» —“Caterpillaring” by Blackfir3 Hole in My Head Nov. 24, 2004. (source: Double-Tongued Dictionary)
