Oh, nice. I love that. What does that mean? Enough money to buy shoestrings?
It means a budget that’s, well, as thin and spindly as a shoestring.
And we first saw this in the early 1900s, but you know when it really took off?
In the Depression.
When everybody was trying to stretch their budget.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And maybe whole things together that were falling apart.
More like a threat budget.
