This means that the penis isn’t completely hard, but not soft either. Top-heavy is a state of mind (or penis), when it hangs about horizontally and allows the swaffler to swing his penis. I am trying to find the meaning of “Schwaffle” I think it might have been used years ago in a different meaning of what is meant for today.
When I mean years ago I mean like when Jesus was around or even back when Moses was around. It could be hebrew, german, dutch or whatever language they spoke back then. Can anyone help me
