Here’s some more terms for rolling stops.

Emily in Chicago said they’re called jackrabbits.

Okay.

Isn’t that great?

Yeah, I guess because you’re just running, right?

Yeah, running right through the stop sign.

Yeah.

And Jean Van Tyle in Indianapolis says that her 93-year-old neighbor from Fresno calls it a California slide.

I kind of like that.

It’s kind of easing past the side.

Yeah, yeah, right.
