Transcript of “Felonious Mule”

Here’s another little rhyme from A Rocket in My Pocket, the rhymes and chants of young Americans.

It goes, when the donkey saw the zebra, he began to twitch his tail.

Well, I never said the donkey.

There’s a mule that’s been to jail.

Nice.

The zebra is a mule that’s been to jail.

Wonderful.

I wonder what it did.
