  • The perfect word for a country that has succumbed to the persuasive tactics of Public Relations (Propaganda). Lobbo=ice-pick type of lobotomy. Cracy=from the Greek word kratein which translates ‘to rule’. Thus, a populous manipulated and controlled by half-truths and untruths. From Hitler’s psychological profile: Tell the people lies long enough and they will believe. George Orwell, in 1984, identified it as ‘blackwhite’.
