Yeah, or if somebody looks like they’ve had a bad day, you could say, you look like you’ve been in a hard fight with a short stick.

Right.

So somebody’s got some reach on you, right?

Yeah.

And they’re swatting you up against the head.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I don’t know.

I just had a visceral connection with that phrase.
