I work in a corporate law firm and I was drafting a meeting agenda when I typed something I'm not quite sure about. Which of the following is correct?
1. Consider the resignationS of the following Directors of the Company

3. Approve the appointmentS of the following persons as Directors of the Company
4. Approve the appointment of the following persons as Directors of the Company
