"There are many well-known proverbs about fish, snakes, dogs, and frogs, but from the dawn of time until the birth of this blog, pancakes have gotten the shaft in the wisdom-dispensing department. This is wrong. I believe pancakes have as much to teach us as high school guidance counselors, though the two are indistinguishable to a nutritionist."
