latin on change.gov

I went to change.gov, and on the top it asked for my email address and zip code. I only entered an email address and seem to have gotten a error message in Latin, any help here?

Sven, that's a well-known bit of dummy text used as a placeholder by page designers. This page has a reasonably good explanation.
