lollerskates

lollerskates interj. used to laughter or hilarity, although often used ironically or satirically in emulation of people who overuse acronyms, chatspeak, emoticons, or elite-speak. Editorial Note: This term is usually used only online. The is an indicator of how LOL is often pronounced when spoken aloud. Lollerskates tends to be used with roflcopter. A well-known Flash game, perhaps based upon an earlier ASCII animation, helped both terms. Note: From LOL ‘laughing out loud’ + rollerksates. (: Double-Tongued Dictionary)
