    Cape Breton place mat –  made from a Tim Horton’s single dognut paper bag by ripping it down the seam, folding it open, and lying it flat on the table to eat the dognut.  Cape Breton is an area on the east coast of Canada well known for being a little nuts, such that if you were to mention what this is, they’d just shrug like it was an every day normal thing.
