In this news bit, Vladimir Duthiers talks about the rebuilding in Haiti.   At about 4:48,  he said  materiAWL,  meaning  Materiel, the collective noun for materials.  I thought of  Morale  and   Rationale that are sometimes pronounced with AWL, against the advices of the dictionaries.  However ,  there seems to be no similar formation from the word Material.

Have you heard or spot  something like materiAWL ?
