What the bird?

I've not heard that one before, so permit me to respond to your rude spamming by pointing out that a good translator puts things in invisible terms.  When you say "what the bird", people have to stop and figure out what you're saying.  That's especially true in this forum, where we discuss the origins and meanings of words and phrases.  It would have been much less disruptive if you'd written What the fuck? as we all know that one.

So in addition to spamming us, your off-topic post insults us and wastes our time and brain cells, neither of which I have a surplus of, being of advanced age.

However, I know what a HOSTS file does, and polyglot.com has been assigned the IP of 127.0.0.1 in my HOSTS file.  If everybody rewarded spammers with a listing in their HOSTS file, perhaps fewer companies would realize how offensive this rape of the internet is.

Well said sir. I expect one of the mods will delete this thread shortly.

I would never delete something so well said, but I did delete the first post.
