Can't find the word that was discussed on the program...

There's a word that describes sentences in English that start out in one direction and make a hard left turn. For example, "You can tell a lawyer, but you can't tell him much". It was discussed on the program several weeks ago, but I can't find it on the site.

Anyone remember what the term for that is?

Tks!
