Americanisms used in UK media

This is a list, of what I believe are US-origin expressions, that I heard used in various types of UK media.
At this time, I'm uncertain about the US origin of "the sky's the limit."
They were used in a straightforward, matter-of-fact way, without comment by the participants and
without any sense of irony or self-consciousness. They came from comedy, drama, and news programs.

You look like a million bucks
Million dollar question
Another day, another dollar
Bet your bottom dollar
$64,000 question
Bucks (as in $)
Big time
Cotton-picking minute
Turn on a dime
The sky's the limit

Added:
Cool!
Dealio
Dickhead or dick-head
Boom!
How'd like them apples?
Punt, as in American football
Don't have a dime: Australian?
