English poets are not all equal: while Shakespeare gets better with time, the great Winston Churchill can sound like some comedy from hell. This from a rousing speech lambasting India's civil agitators:
...we will not allow ourselves to be pulled down and have our Empire disrupted by a malevolent and subversive force, the rascals and rapscallions of mankind which are now on the move against us.
