(In the same vein Norman Rockwell's sentimental eye candies will be called porn.)
Food, music that is good in a certain way can also be considered too pleasing to the sophisticated tastes, hence porn.
Now that's a little rough to 4 year old etymologists.
I would have to object to that. It makes porn seem like a good thing.

I don't think so. Food porn is to food as as sexual porn is to physical love.
The essence of porn is that it's prurient. Other kinds of porn are exciting in their own ways. And food porn isn't bad - but it's a spectator sport, not as enjoyable as a participatory sport.
Bob Heinlein said masturbation is cheap, clean, convenient, and free of any possibility of wrongdoing — and you don't have to go home in the cold. But it's lonely.
