If the plumber is archaic, does that mean that he speaks Middle English or something?
How funny! 😆 I like to try to figure out how these kinds of mistakes happen. Perhaps the writer meant to say that the Plumbing is Archaic! Meaning, I suppose, that the plumbing is ancient (old, clogs-up easily, etc.). They may have typed plumber by mistake for plumbing. Helen from Lemonland
Heh. Of course, my immediate thought was that the plumber must be muscular and nude with a very stiff walk. Anybody else here spend lots of hours in art history classes and have that come to mind?
At least the sign didn't say the plumber was dasypygal.
