Colleague and friend of the show Nathan Bierma writes in his regular language column for the Chicago Tribune about a number of recently released books about Latin. I have a copy of Niccholas Ostler's new Ad Infinitum: A Biography of Latin, which Nathan mentions, and would definitely recommend it. It's engrossing in a way you wouldn't expect.
