Has anyone else come across someone who uses decision as a verb?
Example: Work could be decisioned by consensus.
We have a person here in the office who consistently does this and I'm curious if this is something new or just his particular quirk.

I hear it rarely. I'm not fond of it, mostly because I don't understand any nuances that distinguish it from decide, although there may be one. I hear it more like:
"Is this proposal ready for decisioning?"
