Combining two unrelated topics from one show

The recent quiz on lesser-known Batman villains came up with several names for a bad guy who insists on all details being exactly correct: The Quibbler, The Nitpicker, The Stickler. But nobody suggested the first name that popped into my head (and which I think sounds even more Batmanesque): The Niggler.

Or would that upset the kind of person who would complain about pussyfooting?

(Incidentally, I wonder if the pussyfoot-gripester believes the explanation of hissy I was once given, that it's short for "hysterical fit" and therefore misogynistic. Anyone who buys that derivation has never tried to put a cat in a bucket.)
