Does anyone know what is the name of an alcohol derived from the seaweed Bladderwrack that some could consider inappropriate and is a common expression exclaimed by individuals when they are tired of dealing with people or things that aren't working in their favor?

Since what you're taking about is considered an "organic supplement," and is not an official pharmaceutical drug, the common store-shelf names vary. Here's one though, to start you on further research:
