A fish stinks from the head

Hi all! This is my first post.

Does anyone know of an aphorism similar to 'a fish stinks from the head' but in the positive? So if this one were to mean 'foul behavior at the top trickles down,' what's 'exemplary behavior at the top trickles down'?
