Where did you see or hear this word? Do you have any other info on it?

I've just finished looking around for definitions and references to this word and found nothing, except that various people in history have had "Geddion" as a first or last name. Whoopee.

Looks like there's a song "I Am a Geddion" by a reggae artist called Sister Nancy. Unfortunately, I can't find lyrics for it, or even a clip to listen to (not that the latter would be much help in figuring out the meaning of the word, I fear).

It sort of sounds to me as if she's saying, "I'm a-getting on," as in "getting on with it," "moving on," etc. Thoughts?

It's a play on sound. The reference is Armageddon, a common theme in Jamaican music/Rastafarian culture. If you look at reggae, dub, and other popular Jamaican musical styles you can find many references to the end times, including other phrases that come out as Armageddon when said out loud.
