Has anyone encountered this phrase/name? As a child, he would call me queen doo-doo when I was being prissy or fancy.

First, welcome.

It seems he did not make it up, although I am having some trouble getting a clear story. Your location gave me a hint to spell it in a French manner. Try this spelling: Doudou. It appears to refer to someone who is acting overly important or overly privileged. I find a few references in this context to Queen Doudou or Reine Doudou.

Blog reference to "la reine Doudou"

What a lovely welcome, I must say.

Ah-Ha! Makes perfect sense! My family has very french roots on my father's side. We "went dough-dough", and often had 'grahdoo' wiped from our faces. Thanks for the response!
