Ran into this page on Mental Floss today: http://mentalfloss.com/article/57032/25-words-are-their-own-opposites

There's a few words on this list for which the opposite meaning seems a bit obscure, but was an interesting read and I thought I'd share it.

One fact mentioned on that page is that there are several synonyms for "contronym." Copied and pasted:

The contronym (also spelled “contranym”) goes by many names, including “auto-antonym,” “antagonym,” “enantiodrome,” “self-antonym,” “antilogy” and “Janus word” (from the Roman god of beginnings and endings, often depicted with two faces looking in opposite directions).
