Anagram Pseudonyms

Do you have an anagram pseudonym?

We have one for each person in the family - we use them as code in conversation quite a bit.

You can do it the old fashioned way... or cheat using an anagram tool. There are a bunch of free ones online, I like the "internet anagram server". I'm not sure of the posting rules for links so you'll have to google it yourself.

I did a quick search on "Martha Barnette" and got over 20,000 results. "Three bat mantra" could work.

For "Grant Barrett" there were only 47 results. "Tart rent grab" works, but it isn't too catchy. Sorry Grant, not much to choose from.

Harry Potter fans should recall "Tom Marvolo Riddle".

Hey! Mine comes out to "No elks tanning" or "Snag linen knot." I like it! Since college till now I was content that, among my many roommates, my name was the only one that could be pronounced backward. It made no sense, but it could be pronounced.

There's also "Stank nine long." The list goes on and on.

With my middle name, I could be "Benignant elk snort" or "No renting blankets" or "Blanking snore tent" -- all of which, I think, are comments I've heard as my wife wakens me in the middle of the night because of my impolite bedpartner sounds and bedding theft.

Nice Glenn…. “No elks tanning sounds” like it could be a native American name. Not a bad name for Indian Princesses/Guides if you have young children and if that organization is near where you live.
