Website name... Does anyone remember?

Here goes an odd ball:

Years ago I came across a website with a very interesting, and somewhat bambastic, name. It was a two-letter name, and it does not matter or serve any higher purpose, but it is killing me...

It was something along the lines of "bright" or "brilliant" comnbined with what I recall as a name for "lexicon" or thereabouts.

After one week, I have come up with fulgent or phosphoric or luminescent for one part, and the other is probably a word realted to like I said lexicon or vocabulary. If you ever saw it, you know what I'm talking about.

Anyone, anything?
