Not too long ago, for no particular reason, I was trying to think of a word that when spelled backwards, forms an antonym of the original word.
The closest thing I could come up with is "draw," as in 'to draw in' and "ward," as in 'to ward off.'
Another pair would be "ohm," an electrical measure of resistance, and "mho," an electrical measure of conductance. I don't count this pair because the word "mho" was deliberately created by reversing the word "ohm"
Can anyone think of any others?

Hmmmmm, I'm afraid I'm warding a blank on this one, Sam.
I can tell you that "yarg" is the name of a cheese whose inventor's last name is "Gray." And I know there are others, but in any case, they don't really fit, do they? I'll keep thinking....
