This one makes my heart sing. From the London Guardian:
We misspelled the word misspelled twice, as mispelled, in the Corrections and clarifications column on September 26, page 30.

Actually, correcting myself, that should have said, "Correction of the Year."
And I LOVE all the comments about it that I just ran across on Gawker.
So THAT's why they call it the "Grauniad"!
