Do you want to hear A Way with Words on your local public radio station? Say so! Public radio listens to its listeners. You can find your favorite radio station on the NPR web site or at Public Radio Fan. Tell them how much you love our show, ask them to put A Way with Words on your airwaves, and give them a link to this site for more information.

Public radio stations can air the show at no cost. Stations can download broadcast-quality episodes from PRX, also at no charge, or from a private URL available for the asking.

Online. You can hear episodes for free by listening in the browser or downloading an MP3. Choose from a list of shows here. Shows recorded prior to August 1, 2007, are archived here.

Offline. Radio. You can also hear the show via terrestrial radio:

KPBS 89.5 FM, San Diego, California. Saturdays from noon to 1 p.m., Sundays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Listen live online. KPBS rebroadcasts its signal at 89.1 FM in La Jolla, and at 97.7 FM in Calexico, which can also be heard in Mexicali, Mexico. The 89.5 frequency can also be heard in Tijuana, Mexico.

KNPR 88.9 FM, Las Vegas, Nevada, will air the show as a trial run for five Sundays at 8 p.m. in November and will also air it on KNPR HD-3. Let the station know you like it!.

KTOO 104.3 FM, Juneau, Alaska. Sundays, 7 p.m. Listen live online.

WCAI 90.1/91.1/94.3 FM, which serves Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and nearby islands, has been airing trial runs of the show. Let the station know you like it!.

WFYI 90.1 FM, Indianapolis, Indiana. Saturdays, noon to 1 p.m. Listen live online.

WRFA 107.9 FM, Jamestown, New York. Fridays, 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
